"In May 2013 Mathew Kumar and Andrew Carvalho (Sound Shapes) took part in TOJam with the help of some Capy chums, creating a prototype called "Knight and Damsel."
Seeing the potential in the prototype (buggy as it was) Mathew formed MK-ULTRA Games, Inc., and took the prototype down to Los Angeles in June, successfully shopping it around for investment at E3.
In November 2013 MK-ULTRA Games was able to announce that a full, final version of Knight and Damsel would be released in 2014 thanks to the support of OUYA and the company continues work on the project with further details to come in future."
